Charm Sciences Collaborates with MERIEUX NutriSciences EnviroMap
Charm Sciences and Mérieux NutriSciences, leaders in global food safety, quality, and rapid diagnostics, are proud to announce a collaboration to deliver a revolutionary combination of digital platform EnviroMap®, a cloud-based mapping software solution for environmental microbial, paired with ATP monitoring in the food industry.
Charm Sciences’ novaLUM II-X and PocketSwab Plus ATP monitoring program combined with EnviroMap helps measure sanitation effectiveness by creating a visual map of results, bridging the gap between ATP pre-op monitoring and environmental bacterial sampling programs. Sanitation, quality assurance, and plant managers will have better visibility to all data collected to help direct resources to improve sanitation verification and validation, product quality, and ultimately protect the product brand.
EnviroMap executive dashboard empowers corporate entities to manage and compare ATP and microbial results from multiple factories, including real-time notifications for out-of-spec data with follow up tasks to track pending corrective actions when positives occur. Charm Sciences’ novaLUM II-X system and third-party lab microbial results allow a seamless integration into EnviroMap.
